Great, then I am delighted to share my new and comprehensive product focused on providing a digital space. Built on the foundations of both Tiago Forte’s methodology of ‘Building a Second Brain’ as well as encapsulating focus on objectives & key results (OKR’s).

Within the template you will find:

• Capture - a simple place to gather information quickly for organising later
• Today - items filtered to the day to remind you of what needs your attention
• Projects - part of the PARA approach this allows your to create & focus on short term projects
• Areas - for longer term focus a place to organise activities
• Resources - keep snippets of information relevant to current or potential activities
• Archive - once a project, area or resource is done with store it safely
• To Do’s - classic task space to record and track progression of actions
• OKRs - goals aligned to what ever you like but integrated to the PARA spaces
• Notes - for jotting down information that could be of use later on

All of the items have descriptions and a few examples included to help you both navigate your way around the system but also to help ensure you maximise the approach.
